Shipping

Ready-to-ship in stock items—e.g. earrings, necklaces, and rings that do not require resizing—will ship out within 1-3 business days. Rings that require resizing will be shipped within 7-10 days. For custom projects, shipping times will vary depending on the scope of the project. On average, these items are shipped within 4-6 weeks.

We ship higher value items over $300 with UPS 2-day Service and provide a tracking number for your order as soon as it’s on its way. All packages are insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your purchase is protected and safely delivered. For smaller items such as silver pieces, we ship via USPS priority. This shipping method also includes tracking and insurance, but does not require a signature.

Returns

We offer one complimentary sizing for rings to make sure your piece fits perfectly. Please be aware: shipping both ways is the buyer’s responsibility. Keep in mind that rings are stocked in a size 7 - if you are not sure of your ring size, please reach out and we will assist you in getting your ring size right before it’s shipped!
After complimentary sizing, the cost for resizing starts at $95 and will be determined by the number of sizes it will need to go up or down for a proper fit. Please reach out to us for a quote.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right! New purchases in original condition may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of purchase (you must have the original receipt and packaging). We source gems from all over the world! Many of our stones come from Australia, Nigeria, Madagascar, and of course, the USA. We have the largest collection of American-Mined gemstone jewelry. If you are interested in a particular locale, reach out to us and we’ll go on a treasure hunt for you.

The Arizona Four Peaks Amethyst is mined in the terrain of the Mazatzal Mountains; the Arizona "Anthill" Garnet is mined in the Four Corners by ants; the Arizona Peridot is mined on the San Carlos Indian Reservation near Globe, AZ.

The Arizona Four Peaks Amethyst is set apart by its deep royal purple with a magenta flash. The purple color that enhances the quartz is caused by the presence of manganese during its development. The more valuable darker colors of amethyst reflect higher manganese content. According to the reference book "Mineralogy in Arizona", "Superb gem-quality amethyst of a rich, red-violet color was produced from the Four Peaks mine and rivals the best Siberian material which is the standard of the gem trade."

Yes, the majority of our designs can be made with either natural or lab-created diamonds as the center stone. Feel free to reach out to us to confirm what type of diamonds the style you’re interested in can accommodate. Our diamond accented designs feature natural diamonds as a default. For more information on lab grown vs. natural diamonds, see our blog.

Yes, we are happy to work with any gemstones you already own!
It’s important to note that there is always a small risk associated with removing and re-setting gemstones. We will always handle your pieces with the utmost care, however Sami Fine Jewelry is not responsible for damaged gemstones.

We can make you another design that is similar to the one you had your eyes on! However, due to the unique nature of the stones we source, we cannot create an exact replica. That’s what makes Sami Fine Jewelry custom designs so exciting—nobody else will have the exact same piece as you!
If there is a one-of-a-kind ring you had your eyes on that has sold, please reach out to us about creating a similar design. Rest assured, there are so many gorgeous gemstones and diamonds in the world, we’re happy to find one that speaks to you!

Yes, absolutely. After submitting your order, please contact us to request a disguised shipping name on your package.

We recommend using an at-home jewelry cleaner or soft toothbrush with mild soap on a regular basis to keep your pieces sparkling clean. For silver jewelry with gemstones, a polishing cloth should be all you need!
For a deeper clean, you can also reach out to a local jeweler or use an ultrasonic cleaner. We recommend only doing this a few times a year as the process can loosen gemstones over time.

You can read all about creating a custom design here. Turnaround times vary, but on average take 4-6 weeks.

Repairs

Sami Fine Jewelry designs are made to last a lifetime, but the delicate nature of fine jewelry may require a bit of maintenance over the years. In the event your jewelry requires repair, there are a few options to get your piece back to mint condition.

  • We provide a 1-year warranty on all accent stones (under 3mm) and will be happy to set your design with a new gemstone free of cost during this period. Please note this does not include repairs to your design’s center stone. Also, note that some gemstones are one-of-a-kind and we may not have an exact replacement.
  • For repairs outside of the 1-year warranty period or on your center stone, please contact us and we’ll be happy to send you a quote.
  • Once a repair has been completed to our full recommendations, we will extend a new 1-year warranty on the work that our jeweler has done.

When sending your jewelry to us for repair, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our shop. Please be sure to purchase insurance for your package. Sami Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
